Inspired by the travel books featured in Ars Apodemica and the traces left by their owners, children begin with a short guided tour before discovering the art of the Ex Libris. They then design a personalised Ex Libris for their own book collection—or for an imaginary travel journal.

By combining images, symbols and words in their original designs, children discover the Ex Libris tradition of marking book ownership while developing their creativity and visual expression skills.
