The peepshow, or three-dimensional book, formed by joining scenes together in an accordion, was one of the most popular forms of entertainment for children, especially in the 19th century, with the vast world hidden inside them. This workshop is based on the four peepshows in the exhibition Istanbul as Far as the Eye Can See. It will take place on Saturday, 9 March, at 2.00 p.m., and children aged 8-12 will find out about the history and technique of peepshows while transforming their own imaginary scenes into a peepshow.
